Final Report

Summary

This final report includes four areas of analysis. The first section is modularized bathroom pod alternative. There are two separate pods used and a separate facility found. Second is a structural alternative substituting existing wood framing and structural beams with steel and composite decking. Third is an HVAC alternative exchanging the individual heat pumps for a centralized heat pump. Lastly there is a research component focused of construction automation and how it could potentially be used in the industry today.
